Pastor Jonathan K. Christensen was installed as Pastor at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Chilton, WI on July 21, 2013. He graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO in 2012 and served at Hope Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac, WI as Discipleship Pastor prior to accepting a call to Chilton. He received undergraduate degrees from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, WI and from Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, WI. Pastor Jon grew up in the Gillett area of northern Wisconsin, where the majority of his family still resides. Before entering the ministry, he worked as a welder at his father's business in Suring, WI and served as a police officer for his home town of Gillett. In 2003 he married his high school sweetheart, Sarah. They have one daughter, Zoe.
Tammy Pethan has been with St. Martin since June of 2000. She holds an Associate Degree in the Administrative Assistant Program through Fox Valley Technical College. Tammy and her husband Mike enjoy watching their four boys play baseball, football, and basketball. She also enjoys walking, biking, and shopping.
Pat Bailey has been playing the organ at St. Martin for over 50 years. Pat has six children and twelve grandchildren. She enjoys attending plays and concerts, and working in her yard.
The indoor custodial position is shared by Cathy Pagel and her son Alex.
Larry Schisel and a group of volunteers team up to care for the outdoors. They are responsible for the lawn, tree, and bush upkeep, and snow shoveling in winter, amongst other things. Larry and his wife Pat reside in Chilton.
