St. Martin’s Young People’s Society (YPS) is comprised of 7th through 12th grade students who come together for faith, fellowship, service, and fun.We meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM in our youth room at St. Martin.
Throughout the year, YPS participates in a variety of special events, which may include: Overnight lock-ins, traveling to youth gatherings, service projects, and other seasonal and community activities. YPS also hosts several annual fundraisers, such as: Father’s Day Weekend Brat Fry, Pizza Booth at the Crafty Apple Fest, and additional youth-led fundraising efforts.
Keith Tasch serves as the YPS leader, coordinating events, guiding the group in Christian fellowship, and helping our youth grow in their faith and service to Christ.

This past July, six of our St. Martin youth traveled to the 2025 LCMS National Youth Gathering — Endure for a week of worship, learning, service, and fellowship with thousands of Lutheran youth from across the country.
The group was led by Keith Tasch and Ashley Lisch, who guided the students through daily Bible studies, mass events, breakout sessions, and servant activities — all centered on the hope and endurance we have in Christ.
Our youth returned energized in their faith, strengthened in Christian community, and excited to continue serving within our congregation
